Adjustment on FLUX Mining Economic Model

After the communicating with the community, the Flux team will start to adjust the mining reward parameters for FLUX token from 20:00 on April 27, 2021 (UTC+8). The updated allocation will change from following the dynamic lending rates to the more dynamic method of monitoring lending and borrowing ratio for each token pair.

The procedure is as follows:
